Team Schedule

Team Schedule is a cloud extension of SAP SuccessFactors, enabling businesses to plan and manage work shift schedules efficiently while reducing payroll errors and staying compliant with legal regulations. It builds on top of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking, introducing new UIs and tools for managing work shifts and schedules in SAP SuccessFactors. Team schedule design aims to avoid storing any data outside of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring several key advantages: 

  • The Shifts created using Team Schedule are reflected in real-time in the user's Time Tracking or Timesheets and thus into payroll. At the same time, employees' profiles are fetched momentarily from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, eliminating any chance for inconsistencies between planned shifts and employee availability, contract status, vacation requests, and other otherwise possible errors.
  • Team Schedule mimics the same look and feel as SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless, virtually unrecognizable integration in SAP SuccessFactors .
  • Employees' data and company-sensitive information like schedules, payroll, and others remain inside SAP SuccessFactors and are thus protected by SAP SuccessFactors' core data framework.
