BE-A is an advanced humanoid receptionist powered by AI and large language models. It transforms front desk operations by working 24/7, speaking over 100 languages, and responding to any guest request with accuracy and speed. Already implemented in real hotels, BE-A helps boost guest satisfaction, lower staffing costs, and support human teams. The system is being developed in four phases - from text assistant and voice bot to avatar and fully embodied humanoid. In this session, hotelier and BE-A creator Filip Linek will demonstrate how hoteliers can digitise service without losing the human touch.
