Andy Wright is the Group Head Chef at THE PIG Hotels, a role he has earned through over a decade of dedication, creativity, and leadership.

Joining the group in 2011, Andy began his journey in the kitchens of THE PIG in Brockenhurst, quickly rising through the ranks to become the opening Head Chef at THE PIG-on the Beach. Under his guidance, the restaurant earned and maintained 2 AA Rosettes, a testament to his commitment to quality and seasonality. Now overseeing multiple sites, Andy plays a pivotal role in mentoring chefs across the group, championing THE PIG’s ethos of home-grown, locally sourced food.

His passion for working with foragers, gardeners, and local producers ensures each dish reflects the land and sea around it. Andy’s leadership and innovation were recognised with an Acorn Award in 2016, celebrating his impact on the hospitality industry and his continued growth within THE PIG family.
