In 2018, Darryl was recognised with a prestigious Acorn Award, celebrating his achievements as one of hospitality’s rising stars under 30. Now responsible for guiding and mentoring restaurant teams across the group, Darryl continues to champion THE PIG’s commitment to local produce, seasonal menus, and warm, unpretentious service.
