Group Director of Food and Beverage for Kew Green hotels, overseeing the strategic and operational business for the group across all sites in the UK and internationally. Dean has been with the group since 2017 and has been responsible for consistent delivery of metric performance, operational delivery, brand and concept creation, whilst consistently delivering a targeted revenue and profit number. Previous to Kew Green Dean has worked for some of the most highly regarding hotels, restaurants and brands in the UK, including Gordon Ramsay Group, IHG, Chatsworth Estates and GLH. Responsible for over £45m F&B revenue in the UK market.
