Jurriaan de Vos is a seasoned hospitality professional with over twenty years of expertise in sales, revenue management, and e-commerce. Currently Commercial Director at Montcalm Collection in London, he oversees landmark properties including Montcalm Mayfair, Montcalm East, Montcalm Royal London House, Montcalm Brewery and Inhabit Hotels, the first London hotel group to achieve B Corp certification, offering wellness-focused, sustainable stays. Under his leadership, Montcalm Collection has seen a strengthened market position, driven by innovative commercial strategies and a focus on enhancing guest experiences. His commitment to leveraging data-driven insights has been instrumental in achieving sustained growth and operational excellence. Previously, Jurriaan was Head of Sales, Revenue & E-Commerce at Fine Hotels & Suites, where he led the commercial strategy for a boutique Dutch hotel group. He also held senior roles with Meliá Hotels International in London, Steigenberger Hotels in the Netherlands and Kenes Group.
