Under his leadership, Montcalm Collection has seen a strengthened market position, driven by innovative commercial strategies and a focus on enhancing guest experiences. His commitment to leveraging data-driven insights has been instrumental in achieving sustained growth and operational excellence. Previously, Jurriaan held senior roles with Melia Hotels International in London, Steigenberger Hotels in the Netherlands, and Kenes Group.
