Kimberly Ofrecio is a seasoned commercial leader with a background spanning hospitality, aviation, IT, e-commerce, and luxury fashion across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Currently serving as Group Commercial Director at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Kimberly leads the commercial strategy for both the hotels and resorts portfolio across the UK and Spain. Initially appointed as Managing Director to lead the resort division, her remit now includes full responsibility for sales and marketing across the group.

Known for her strategic mindset and results-driven approach, Kimberly has a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, driving digital transformation and leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Farfetch, IBM, Etihad Airways, Philippine Airlines, and JourneyHero Holdings.
