Lisa’s Roads business is a Short-Term Rental Brand and Business Growth Strategist, helping holiday letting business owners to scale a profitable, customer-focused hosting business. She started investing in property at the age of twenty-one, and after a corporate Senior Management career in, Lisa followed her entrepreneurial family background and started her own business. Lisa identified service gaps in the short-term rental market and founded three service companies. Lisa has over twenty years of experience in this sector and understands the full Ecosystem and lifecycle of a successful holiday letting business. As well as working one-to-one with clients, Lisa has several programs to support property business owners to build their direct booking brand and scale to sell their STR business whether they are new to the hospitality sector, or they have been running their business for a few. Lisa lives in the Cotswolds, and when she is not working, she is passionate about travelling, is a keen photographer and supports several animal rescue charities.
