As the Director of Wellbeing at Raffles London at The OWO, Robert Jeffers leads the Guerlain Spa which spans four floors of the hotel. Jeffers has over 18 years'' of international hospitality, spa and fitness experience, previously as General Manager of 180 Health Club & Spa at Soho House. Prior to this he was the Director of Spa & Wellness at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, and held senior management positions in the luxury wellness resort sector including BodyHoliday in St. Lucia and Forte Village in Italy. A published academic author, Jeffers holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Science from Brunel University, a Post Grad Certificate in Nutrition Therapy from Worcester University and a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Jeffers has a diverse sporting background with previous achievements in including Wiltshire County Swimming Champion, UK Ironman Triathlon finisher, and a Black Belt in Japanese Jujitsu.
