Victor Lugger is the co-founder and CEO of sunday, the fintech transforming checkout in hospitality. Launched in 2021, the company already processes $4 billion per year across more than 3,000 restaurants in the US, UK, and France. With a wide range of payment products creating value for guests, staff, and restaurant owners, sunday now partners with leading brands worldwide, from QSR chains to Michelin-starred establishments.

Victor also co-founded Big Mamma Group with Tigrane Seydoux in 2013, with the aim of sharing authentic Italian food in amazing places. In 2025, Big Mamma is present in seven countries with 31 restaurants.

Victor is married to Apolline Lugger and is the happy father of three. He lives in London, where he enjoys cooking, boxing, baroque music, and the occasional winter swim in the ponds.
