Zach has spent the last twelve years in hospitality operations working under well-known brands such as Mitchell’s & Butlers, The Dorchester Collection, Exclusive Collection and Youngs. Having studied with institutions such as WSET, The European Bartender School, and The Court of Master Sommeliers alongside a formal education in Hospitality Leadership and Business Administration. Zach is now passionately delivering apprenticeships across south central for the award-winning Learnmore Network Limited.
Yolande is an accomplished and accredited CMI Chartered Manager with a post-graduate in Strategic Leadership and Management and a cum laude in Education and Teaching. She obtained her Professional Coaching qualification in 2017 and has driven great results in her role as professional business coach and consultant using her expertise in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and change management to drive transformational leadership, succession planning, business analytics and project management in the hospitality, public and private sectors in the UK and South Africa.
