Dr Shi (Tracy) Xu is a Senior Lecturer at University of Surrey School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. She is the Theme Leader of Future of Work and Labour Mobilities in the Centre for Competitiveness of the Visitor Economy, and Advisor for Graduate Research for EuroCHRIE. Dr Xu''s research focuses on how future of work shapes wellbeing and performance of the workforce.
