About Louise Bates

Louise has been Managing Director TUI BLUE & Hotel Concepts since 2019 when TUI BLUE was expanded and relaunched as our flagship hotel brand. Louise’s remits include Strategy & Business Transformation, Customer Experience, Product & Proposition and Marketing.
She first joined TUI in 1997 and has done numerous commercial and operational roles such as Product & Marketing, Overseas Operations and Merger Integration, as well as 5 years in our emerging markets team based in Russia, China and India.
